At FOLIX , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund.

Return conditions:

• Time limit : You have 14 days after receipt to return the product.

• Product Condition : The product must be in perfect condition, with all its parts, accessories, and original packaging.

• Return process :

• The detailed reason for the return

• Photos or a video if necessary.

2. You will receive a return authorization number and the address of our warehouse.

3. Use a tracked mail service; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Information regarding returns:

1. Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

2. No restocking fee is charged to the customer.

3. The return address will be provided upon customer request.

Refund:

• After receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

• You will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Exceptions : Personalized, health, or perishable products are not refundable.
